Two Fidelity Accounts Have Wrong Totals in Net Worth Report [Edited]

Classic Windows Version R68.31

I have two accounts that are not showing the right totals on multiple reports, including the default Net Worth report.

Both accounts are brokerage accounts and are downloading data from the brokerage. The accounts in the register match the brokerage house. It is only the report that is incorrect.

The report shows one account higher by 23%. The other account is lower by 16%.

I have tried the validate and repair functions and rebuilding investing lots. No help.

Here is a summary of the issue after doing some digging.

Some reports show incorrect Cash totals for two of my brokerage accounts. I'm using the Standard Reports to test. Since the Cash total is incorrect, the Balance is not correct.

Net Worth, Account Balances and Portfolio Value all show incorrect Cash for the two accounts. The Cash amount they show is the same in each report, so the error is consistent.

The issue is Reports only. If I select "Holdings" for the account, Cash is correct.

Portfolio Value report - wrong by $4,000:

Holdings page - Correct.

Last point. I tried to "Adjust Cash Balance", but it did not affect the reports.

The issue is in the "Cash" field for both reports.  I learned this by doing a Portfolio Value report. I'm going over one of the accounts now to see what happened.

Great questions. I didn't think to do a quantity and security check. I'll do that and come back. And it's Fidelity.
