Amazon Download and Categorization worked great - Once!

I followed the instructions. Installed the Chrome plugin. Logged into Chrome…and then magic happened - all of the recent Amazon transactions downloaded - and we have a lot of them. That was great on 07/18. It is now 07/31 and no other transactions have downloaded.

I did the Tools→Retail Purchase Categorization, Get Orders. Nothing……and Chrome is running with the Amazon account logged into…

This AM I did a logout/login on the plugin and the Get Orders downloaded transactions that OSU had not downloaded. Result: This one transaction from 07/31 that OSU did not detect, but no others from 07/19 to 07/30, and there have been at least seven.

I really want this feature to work as it should!

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. Based on your description, it sounds like you've already followed most of the troubleshooting steps from our help article: https://info.quicken.com/win/using-retail-purchase-categorization#Orders-are-not-being-retrieved .

There are a couple of steps that you didn't mention that may help:

Select the extension icon and verify that the retailer account shows as Connected.
Try retrieving orders manually by opening the extension and selecting the Download icon.

Since the troubleshooting did not help, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they have tools we can't access on the Community, and they can escalate the issue as needed.
