reconciling credit card accounts

Not working starting a week or two ago. After One Step Update runs and I accept all transactions I try to reconcile. The online balance is different from the account ending balance and there are cleared items to reconcile. Hit Ctrl-R and get message "There are no uncleared items to reconcile". It is working for bank accounts just not for credit cards.

In your card accounts, are there transactions that are NOT marked with an R in the CLR column? Only non-R transactions are eligible for reconciliation.

Are you, perhaps, using the "Reconcile to Online Balance" function, which would preclude the need for a manual CTRL-R?
