Well known issue which has not been resolved. Not sure why the threads keep getting closed. Here is the issue:

Hi @RW123,

I'm sorry to hear the issue is still occurring.

A fix was implemented in the R67 release for an issue where Bills & Income reminders could disappear or display as $0 amounts after transactions were downloaded through One Step Update.

To help us investigate further, could you please provide the following details?

What type of reminders are affected?
Are these manual bill reminders linked to online billers, or are they standalone reminders created manually without online synchronization?
When overdue reminders disappear, do they also disappear from Bills & Income > Projected Balances, or only from the main Bills & Income tab?
After running a One Step Update, do the missing reminders still appear under Tools > Manage Bill & Income Reminders?
Are the affected reminders set to Auto Enter or Remind Me?
If the reminders are set to Auto Enter, how far in advance are they configured to be entered?
Have you noticed any specific action or event that appears to trigger the reminders disappearing?
