A fix was implemented in the R67 release for an issue where Bills & Income reminders could disappear or display as $0 amounts after transactions were downloaded through One Step Update.

I have been experiencing the same issue for several months - reminders randomly change. They don't completely get removed from the reminders list, just changed a bit. For example, if I have a monthly bill reminder that is set for the first of each month, then next month the reminder will randomly disappear, but I see it for the following month. I've also experience reminder amounts randomly changing, specifically on my paycheck reminder. I've reported this to Quicken through the app multiple times, but of course they never respond to those. I've come to rely heavily on these reminders and I've missed paying bills because of this issue.
Bill reminders skipping occurrences has been correlated with syncing to the Quicken cloud or enabling pending transactions to show in the account register. If you are using either of these features, you may want to turn them off for awhile to see if that resolves the issue.
this has happened again. I have a bill reminder on the 21st of each month. I entered the August bill on 8/24, checked the reminders and the next one accurately showed up on 9/21. Now, for some reason, the 9/21 occurrence is gone and the next one is showing for 10/21.
thanks for the tip, mshiggins. i have deactivated cloud syncing but it would be really nice if quicken fixed these issues and not force customers to have workarounds.
Totally agree, the issue has lingered for far too long.
