I'm using Quicken Classic for Windows, version R68.31. For years my Fidelity Visa credit card download balanced perfectly with my Quicken PC model when I would do the download for overnight activity around 8 AM or later, as if 8 AM was the cutoff time. This was not a problem for years. BUT, during the last several months I can still do a download in the morning, but it never self-balances. The only way it will self-balance is if I wait until after 2 PM that day to do the download. If I try at 8 AM, it will download but not balance. If I later ( after 2 PM), attempt another download, it does self-balance. This is annoying because it disrupts the timely daily balance reconciliation reporting. Are other Quicken users experiencing this? Is this now an acknowledged problem that is being addressed?
