Stock and Fund Details

If I click on the stock or fund it s/b providing me with a "Detailed View" of how it has been doing over whatever specified amount of time (years) I choose or "Quotes and Charts Online". All I get is a blank window after 20 seconds saying "Navigation to the Webpage was Canceled".

To better understand the issue you're experiencing, I have a couple of questions:

Is the error you're seeing the same as the one shown in the screenshot, or is it a different error?

If it's different, could you please let us know the exact error message or share a screenshot?

If it is the same error shown in the screenshot, I recommend clearing the Quicken cache by following these steps:

Close Quicken completely.
Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\ProgramData\Quicken.

Delete the Cache folder.

Reopen Quicken and check if the issue persists.

Please keep in mind that ProgramData is a hidden folder. To view hidden items in Windows 11, open File Explorer, click View > Show > Hidden items.
