IRA Placeholder entry is empty

When I launch quicken for WIndows, the latest version, I go to IRA and I can see al my transactions,, Go back to quicken homepage, Try again to go to IRA and the placeholder is empty, I tried all the posted recovery posibilities including cleaning the cache, but the problem persists.

Can you post a graphic of that Placeholder transaction? And, normally, this sounds like the Placeholder has been resolved and can simply be deleted.

Not sure if you were writting the post for me. The issue is still the same. I shut down quicken and then I restart, Going to IRA, I can see all the transactions going back to 1997. Then, I move back to homepage, look at my bank balance and go back to IRA, and is empty with the message: "There are no placeholder entires in this account", It's been going on for few days and I validated and repaired quicken, nothing.
