One or two stock quotes will not up date. Been four days with this problem

Question

Windows Classic Deluxe R-28.31. When I update my portfolio there are two issues that show no price quotes. This has been going on for a few days. I have over twenty equity holdings all with the same broker. (Schwab) and all update fine except these two. I have rebooted and validated my files, used the "update price history for all holdings" selection and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I had no problem getting prices for MDB = Mongo DB, Inc.

PITR doesn't come up for me anywhere as a current US ticker.  Could you mean PLTR = Palantir Technologies, Inc.?  Quicken finds prices for PLTR for me readily.

In your security list, are the two securities checked to 'Download Quotes'?  That would be key for getting prices via the "Update Prices" options within Quicken.  The criteria there are:

* Valid Ticker shown in Security List
* Checked in the security list to Download Quotes, and 
* Either* Own shares in a Quicken account, or
* Have security checked in Security list as a Watch list security

For getting prices and transactions from your FI (Schwab), the security in Quicken must be matched with online security (See Security Details) which means the security will have a CUSIP identifier in the security list that matches the CUSIP the FI is using.

Maybe give the names of the two securities to see if other users that also hold one or the other of the named securities are having the same problem?  That might throw some light on the matter.
