Adding second Discover Card

I use Version R68.31, Build 21.1.6.31, on Windows 11 home

I have successfully linked my wife's Discover Card account. When I try to link my Discover Card, the process repeatedly fails with the message:

"Unable to link account"

from the Discover site.

Are they really two different cards/accounts or a primary and secondary? If primary and secondary, the downloads are going to a combined download.

Also, the url of the website in the screenshot is discover.com, not a Capital One website, everything my setup refers to is now a Capital One.
