Add a setting to make "Data as of" default to today

On a weekend it currently it defaults to the previous Friday. This works poorly for me, since I often make and enter transactions on a weekend, and the Portfolio cash balance then does not match the Transactions balance. Similarly, the Portfolio balance and Market Value do not reflect the transactions I've just entered.

@Adam This doesn't address your request for the default date to always be "today" rather than the most recent price download day, but in case you're not aware of this shortcut… clicking in a date field (anywhere in Quicken Mac) and pressing "t" — for "today" — changes the date to today's date without the need to type the date. So if you want the Portfolio to reflect manually-entered transactions for today, just click in the date field and press "t".
