Home Screen/Spending Tracker not populating selected budget categories. Any fix?

The bar chart is not showing for the individual selected budget categories. The numerical data appears, but the bar chart line is missing for all items, except the top header line "Spending", whose bar chart appears. I find that having the bar chart is a quick method to detect any abnormalities in spending, and I miss it.
