Feature request: Add a setting to make "Data as of" default to today

"On a weekend, it currently defaults to the previous Friday. This works poorly for me, since I often make and enter transactions on a weekend, and the Portfolio cash balance then does not match the Transactions balance. Similarly, the Portfolio balance and Market Value do not reflect the transactions I've just entered."
