Baird account no longer downloading transactions

I have multiple accounts at RW Baird. One holds Muni bonds, and that one account seems to have quit updating transactions since June. The other Baird accounts update OK. I have disconnected that one account and reestablished credentials, but still no progress. I then resorted to manually adding every transaction since then to get up to date.

Is this a known issue? Any thoughts on how to resolve it?

When did you first notice this issue?
Do you see any error messages/codes when you attempt to update the account?
Are the balances updating correctly?
What type of account are you encountering this issue with? (401k, brokerage, etc.)

Thanks Kristina. I just noticed that recently. Up until early June, worked fine. Last week I knew a bond got called and I replaced it with a new bond. Quicken wouldn't update transactions for that one account including interest payments typically received at the first of the month. It is a Brokerage account. The 2 IRA accounts at Baird are updating correctly. Can't say if the bond values are updating correctly.

I should have mentioned I use Quicken for Mac… verson 9.1.1. Those steps don't seem to be in my version.

Sorry for the confusion! Here are the steps for Quicken for Mac, from our article on missing transactions/transactions not downloading:

Be sure to follow these steps in order:

1. In the affected account, click the Settings icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Go to the Downloads tab and, under Transaction Downloads, confirm Download all available transactions is enabled.

2. Refresh your online account information by clicking on the Update Icon, located on the upper left-hand side of Quicken. Follow any on-screen instructions to complete the account update.

3. Confirm that the Sort Order in your account is by Date; just click the top of the Date column in your account register. It's possible the transactions are in your register, but not where you thought they'd be. Note: You won't see the Clear Filters button in investment account registers.

4. Click Columns in the bottom right of the register, then check the Statement Payee box. This will allow you to search for the downloaded Payee name to confirm that a transaction was not renamed unexpectedly.

5. Go to Accounts > Hide and Show Accounts…. You can confirm if missing transactions have been downloaded into a hidden account by unchecking the Hide In Lists box next to the account that is marked as hidden.
