Ameriprise Accounts Not Updating Accurately

I have a Mac and some of my Ameriprise accounts are not updating accurately. One account is is over $600K off, another over $60K off, another just over $1K off…all short in Quicken. How can I fix this? I have Version 9.1.1 (Build 901.61363.100) with macOS 26.5.2.
