My Walmart One Pay account is connected, and transactions download; however, credits download as debits, and debits download as credits. Is there a fix for that?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

To better understand the issue and determine the next steps, I have a few questions:

When did you first notice this issue?
Are there any filters applied to the account, or are the transactions sorted in a different order? To confirm, please make sure the Sort Order in your account register is set to Date. You can do this by clicking the Date column header at the top of your account register.

Could you please upload a screenshot of the transactions in Quicken, along with a screenshot showing the same transactions on your financial institution’s website?

Thanks for uploading the screenshots; they are helpful. I suggest testing how the transactions download in a new file:

To create a Test File:

Choose File > New Quicken File.
Select New Quicken File.
Click OK.
In the File name field, enter Test, then click Save.

Once the test file is created, add the account:

Go to Tools > Add Account.
Select the financial institution. If prompted, select the connection method.

Enter your credentials and click Connect.
Click Next, then Done on the final prompt.
