I'm getting these for these banks:
I'm running Quicken Classic Premier vR68.31, Build 27.1.68.31 on Windows 11.
Thanks.
Hi @Michael Rosen,
Thank you for sharing the details of what you’re experiencing. I’d like to confirm the error you’re receiving. Is it CC-5901, CC-501, or CC-901?
I also checked and refreshed your accounts on our end, and the three financial institutions you mentioned currently appear to be connected properly. Could you please update your accounts again and let me know whether you’re still seeing the same error?
Additionally, to better understand what's happening, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message or error code you're seeing? If an error code is displayed, please include the complete code exactly as it appears.
If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can drag and drop screenshots into your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
I look forward to your response!
Sorry, that was a typo. It was CC-501.
I'll try these again now.
No problem, and thank you for clarifying.
Sounds good. I look forward to hearing from you.
Just checking in; we haven't heard back from you in a while.
Do you still need assistance?
Thank you!
Hi, I am still getting CC-501 errors for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., Hyundai Motor Finance Company, Target National Bank, and now PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto after finally successfully setting it up.
I'm recently updated to vR69.25, Build 27.1.69.25.
That’s interesting. I’m still seeing successful connections on our end with all the financial institutions you mentioned.
Since the issue is affecting multiple accounts and has persisted for more than 24 hours, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly, as outlined in our support article. They can guide you through additional troubleshooting steps in real time and escalate the issue if necessary.
You can find the Quicken Support phone number here: Support Home | Quicken. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM PT to 5:00 PM PT.
I'm sorry I couldn't provide a more direct solution, but please don’t hesitate to reach out again if you have any other questions.
