Park Avenue Securities Connection

Apparently Park Avenue Securities has moved to a different platform and it has broken the ability to be able to download transactions into Quicken. Anyone having similiar issues? Apparently they moved to a BUY Wove system. In the past you could approve Quicken to connect with the PAS data, but that ability is apparently is no more. Quite frustrating. Appreciate anyone's insight.

I've asked the Mods to move this thread to a more appropriate topic. It doesn't belong here, in questions about the community itself.

Next, looking at FIDIR.TXT, which has the listing of all financial institutions that support Q, and the download methods they support, PAS appears to still be listed as supporting Express Web Connect.

SO, when you click TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns next to your PAS account?
