Last Download Not Available

Question

All of a sudden, my Bank of America accounts are not being updated in One Step. If I go to the Account list, I see the account listed as Last Download Not Available. If I deactivate and sign in, I get updated account information. But If I then try One Step Update again or just update one account, nothing shows up and the account list still says Last Download not available. I have tried to deactivate just one account and sign in and I have tried deactivating all the accounts and signing in. Nothing seems to worK.

Any ideas?

Also I had deactivated and then reactivated the accounts to see if that fixed the problem which it did not.  I aslo went back and restored the latest backup to see if that helped.  It did not.

Here is the screen shot.  Everything was reactivated but none of BOA accounts show

Hi @jd45,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

After reviewing our internal tools, I can see that only one Bank of America account is currently connected. To better understand why the other accounts were disconnected, could you please let me know:

* Did you recently create a copy or template from the original Quicken file?
* Did you recently restore a backup?

In the meantime, I suggest reactivating the affected accounts:

To Reactivate the Account(s)

* Go to Tools > Add Account.
* Select Bank of America. If prompted, select the appropriate connection method.
* Enter your credentials and click Connect.
* When the list of accounts is displayed, select LINK next to each account you want to reactivate.

* Click Next, then Done on the final prompt.
* Run a One Step Update again.

Afterward, please let me know if the Bank of America account now appears in the One Step Update Summary or if it shows the last download in the account list.

If Bank of America is still not listed in the One Step Update Summary, I suggest uploading a screenshot of the One Step Update window. This will help us gather more information and determine the next troubleshooting steps.
