Hide the minus signs in a report? (Q Mac)

I have custom report which is essentially a particular spending category per payee per year. Is there (or could there be) a way to hide all of the minus signs in the following spending reports?

I notice that the spending cards in the dashboard don't show minus signs (e.g., Spending by Category, Top Spending Payees). I'd like to do similar in my reports.

Hi @xingeranium,

As far as I can tell, you're not missing a setting. The report you're using is a Summary Report configured with Payee by year, and Quicken Mac is designed to display expense amounts as negative numbers in these reports.

Unfortunately, there doesn't currently appear to be a report-formatting option to hide the minus signs or display expenses as positive amounts. The Dashboard spending cards use a different presentation and don't provide an equivalent setting for Classic reports.

So, at this point, there isn't a way to display the amounts in the report like the Dashboard spending cards. If you'd like to see this changed, it would be reasonable to create an idea post. That way, other users with the same or a similar request can vote on your idea.
