Bullion Updates

I have my physical silver bullion listed on Quicken Under my Schwab brokerage account. The spot price no longer updates as do my holdings with my daily updates. Why?

Thank you for reaching out. I’d appreciate it if you could provide the following information to help narrow down the issue:

• What ticker symbol are you using for the silver security in Quicken?
• When did you first notice that the price stopped updating?
• Does the price remain completely unchanged after a One Step Update, or does it update intermittently?
• Are other securities in the Schwab account updating their prices normally?
• If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the Security Details window for the silver holding? Please be sure to remove or obscure any account numbers or other personal information.
