1-month view in Quicken Classic for Mac 9.2 Budget Issue

This year I've gotten more serious about using Quicken Classic for Mac's budget feature. With this 9.2 release, I appreciate the rollover settings in the 12-month view but I feel that the 1-month view needs work. In the 1-month view, prior to the rollover feature, each category has a bar next to it which, if green indicates that money has been spent for that category but isn't over the monthly budget and if its red means that the money spent is over budget and if its light grey no money has been spent. Now, if a category has a negative rollover balance, the bar is light grey which makes it more difficult to spot budget issues with that category (screenshots added). In that situation, the bar color should not be light grey but some other color to indicate a negative balance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! To clarify, does this happen only when there's a negative rollover that doesn't put you over budget, or does it happen anytime there is a negative rollover?

It does not happen when the negative rollover still leaves a positive budget amount for that month and the actual expenses do not exceed that positive amount. When the negative rollover leaves a negative budget amount for a month then I see the light grey bar in the 1-month view.
