Fidelity 401k - Fund Prices not Updating

The last price update is dated 8/19. Today is 8/21. Shouldn't these funds get updated prices daily? The funds are an S&P 500 index, and International Index. They do NOT have a ticker.

I'm know these prices were updating regularly before; albeit, I do not know if it was daily or every several days.

Update: I reset the account. No difference.

Thanks for taking the time to post in the Quicken Community. Quicken will not download prices for securities that do not have the correct ticker symbol assigned to them, as explained in our support article.

If they use it to update, I suggest following the steps outlined in our support article to add or change the ticker symbol.

1. Click the Investing tab.
2. Click the Tools button, and choose Security List.
3. Click the name of the security whose ticker symbol you want to change.
4. Click Edit Security Details.
5. In the Symbol field, type the ticker symbol associated with the security.
6. Click OK.
