I get this error when trying to add BofA health Accounts
Hi @Greg Brown, Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing. If you have not done so already, I suggest trying the following steps from our support article for the CC-503 error:
Verify your bank login information:
Verify your bank login on the bank's website:
Check for special characters in your password:
If the issue persists, I suggest trying with the Bank of America Instance:
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks Carlos I've already verified all info and it's for Bank of America Health Accounts, not the Bank of America Banking site.. What I wanted to make you aware of was the message stating Bank of America - Health Accounts is reporting connection issues and it staes a timeframe…
Thanks for your reply and for pointing that out, @Greg Brown
I suggest waiting until August 22, 2026, at 1:05 AM EDT. If the issue persists after that time, please try the steps outlined above. If the issue continues after completing those steps, please let us know so we can provide additional troubleshooting steps.
I look forward to your reply!
Unbelievable… Now they want us to wait until 8/27 after 10:30PM. BTW I have NEVER neen able to connect my Health Accounts.
Hi @Greg Brown,
Thanks for updating this thread and for sharing the screenshot.
It appears that the blocker may be related to the current Bank of America - Health Accounts - FDP-192 / CC-592 Community Alert. However, with the financial institution currently experiencing a blocker, it’s difficult to determine whether the CC-503 you’re seeing is connected to that issue or has another cause.
At this time, I’m not seeing an FDP-192 error on your account. I recommend waiting until the estimated time has passed and then trying again.
Thank you again for the update!
I got it today (CC-592). Now having said that. I'm trying to setup the new account in Quicken. But also just setup my website account on BOFA today a couple of hours earlier. Could it be BOFA hasn't had time to refresh their databases that link with Quicken yet?
Hello @Charlie G.,
Thank you for letting us know you're seeing a CC-592 error. It is currently a known issue. If you haven't already done so, I recommend bookmarking the Community Alert in order to be notified of updates and when the issue is resolved:
Thank you!
