Missing Data

I have been having this issues for several days and cannot get it resolved.

I have one good file that I archived and use as the source for trying to fix this. Quicken will open the good file and not doing anything to the file I will close Quicken. After some time I'll reopen the file and 3 years of transactions are missing from every account register.

I tried the save backup, export and import to a new file, and super validate. Nothing works. Quicken is completly useless for me now.

Any thoughts……..

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information:

When did you first notice this issue?
Where is your file located?
- You can view the file location in Quicken by selecting the File menu and looking near the bottom of the list, just above the Exit option. The file you are currently in will display in the #1 spot.
