New transaction download confirmation box

All, long-time QC user, but I've started seeing this confirmation box when I download transactions from my bank (Chase):

I'm used to transaction match and reminder match confirmations, but this one just seems to be… a confirmation that it downloaded something? Am I missing anything?

@joeljkp do you use online bill pay through Quicken or Chase? I am not sure about this but it looks like something related to that. If you check "Don't show again", it will stop asking for verification, but I am not sure if it then will default to always match, or always don't match, or if it will use another criteria, previously chosen.

Hopefully this may give you some idea of what this confirmation is. Sorry for not being sure about this, but maybe someone would be able to verify this.
