Rental Property - Add Transactions: 1 property failing to post to bank ledger - other are fine

I'm new to Quicken. I'm having an issue posting rent under the "Rental Property" tab. I'm sure it's user error on my part, but I don't know how to fix it!

1. Property 1: I enter rent from the Rental Property tab using "Add Transactions" — Rent posts to the rental property and to the correct bank account - no problem.
2. Property 2: Set up just like Property 1. Enter rent using "Add Transactions," and it doesn't post anywhere - not on the Rental Property page or on the bank account page where the rent is supposed to post. I enter it manually directly into the bank account page, and it posts to the bank account AND posts to the rental property under the Rental Property tab.
   

What the [Removed - Language]? Why, and how can I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, when documenting rent received, are you following this process outlined in our help article:

1. In the Rental Property tab, click the Rent Center button.
2. Click Add Transactions and then choose Enter Rent.
3. Select the property in the Property list.
4. Select the tenant in the Tenant name list.
5. In the Memo field, enter a note. (Optional) You can display memo information in reports.
6. Under Payment Information, select the account you'll use to receive rent.
   • You can delete an account only if there is no transaction in the account register, and if you have not used the account in any scheduled transaction. If you delete a rent account, you will not see the account name in the Account name list. However, you can see hidden accounts in the Account name list if the tenant being edited is associated with scheduled transactions in the hidden account.
7. Enter details about the rent received.
   • When you add each tenant in Quicken, select the same property from the Property List, and enter the correct rent amount. You will see all the tenants against that property on the Rent Center page. When you receive rent, enter the rent received separately for each tenant who paid the rent.
8. Click Add.
