Adding a second Citi managed card to ebills

I'm using Quicken Classic for Mac, v9.2, macOS 26.6.2. I have a Home Depot credit card managed by Citi linked to ebills and trying to add an ExxonMobil card, also managed by Citi. Quicken keeps showing me the Home Depot card and says I already have an associated login. Both logins are different and I can't add the second. Any advice? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To clarify, at what point in the connection process is this happening? For example, is this happening when you're redirected to Citi's website to authorize the connection? If that is what's happening, then it's likely keeping you logged into the Home Depot account and not giving you the option to use your other login. You can bypass that by temporarily setting a different default browser (so that Citi sees a new session and needs you to login again). Often, the login will expire on its own after a while for security reasons. If you wait a few hours and try again, you may be able to log in with the other account credentials.
