Reauthorization always fails the first time

Just now I had to reauthorize with Schwab, and Quicken failed to link my existing accounts. Note that I did not uncheck any accounts on the FI's website:

Then I hit Finish and went into one account and did Set up download. Quicken only defaulted to link one of the accounts, and I specified to link the other:

This happened the same way in another Quicken data file I track these accounts in. Also it happened previously when reauthorizing with Fidelity. Problem reported. See for previous report:

Thank you for sharing such detailed information and for including the screenshots. They are very helpful in understanding what you’re experiencing and narrowing down where the issue may be occurring.

To help me investigate further, I'd appreciate it if you could provide the following information:

• Do the accounts that Quicken did not link have anything in common? For example, was there a change to the account number, nickname, or any other account details?
• Before reauthorizing the accounts, do you manually disconnect them from Quicken? Or do you make sure in the account settings Online Services tab that the account is no longer connected?
• Is this behavior occurring only with your investment accounts at Fidelity and Schwab, or have you seen it with other types of accounts as well?
• Where is the Quicken data file located? To check:
  1. Open Quicken and select File.
  2. At the bottom of the menu, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open.
  3. Please let me know the full file path shown there.
