Envelope Printing

Question

Just purchased a new Dell laptop and can't get envelopes to print with the proper alignment on my Epson Workforce 630.  Has printed properly on ASUS computer for many years but matter what i change for setting on new dell it wont print correctly.

I have looked at all the help info in quicken and changed printer properties but nothing changes as far as the laout.  It prints as if the envelope should be loaded to right of the printer tray.  Return address is printed on the lower left corner of the envelope and mailing address prints of the bottom of the envelope.  Printer tray only allows paper and envelopes to be loaded in the center of the tray.  It is the same printer that I used on my other computer and never had any problems with it.

Have you reviewed the info in Q Help (F1) about printing envelopes?

In what way are they not printing correctly?  Be specific.

Have you checked the Printer Properties, in Q, to make sure that they correspond to your new printer?
