Quicken will not open. It repeatedly gets stuck on 'Updating your data file'. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. What else can I try?
How are you performing those updates? One account at a time? Or "One Step Update", that downloads from all of your enabled FIs.
IF One Step Update, can you try — as an experiment — downloading from one account at a time to see if you can narrow down the problem?
Also, have you tried taking a backup and then Validating your Q data file?
It just says updating data file immediately upon starting up the software. If I try to open without a data file and then open a new dummy file, it crashes.
