If you're asking if it's possible to start Quicken and make it open your personal account directly, you can configure this using Edit / Preferences / Startup.
In "On startup open to" scroll down the list until you get to "Banking Accounts", then click on the desired account name (in this example, "$ - Cash"). Click OK to save the change. From now on, every time you start Quicken it will display the selected bank account register.

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you can configure Quicken 2016 to open your existing personal data file and go directly to the account you want, rather than having to navigate through the startup screens each time.
If Quicken is already opening the correct data file, you can simply choose which account register you want to see when Quicken starts. As @UKR mentioned :
If Quicken is showing “Welcome to Quicken” > “I already use Quicken” > “Next” every time you start it, then it sounds like Quicken may not be automatically opening your existing data file. In that case, you can create a desktop shortcut to the specific .QDF file::

This should launch Quicken and open that specific data file directly.
