I'm having the exact same problem, Richard. I suspect NWM will figure it out and it'll be back to working tomorrow—hopefully.
Hello @Count Brown, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue! I went ahead and split your comment to a separate thread as I see you are using Quicken Classic for Windows and the post you commented on is for Quicken Classic for Mac. We are forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.
It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.
While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.
Let us know once that is done, and we apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you. (CBT-1260)

Hello @Count Brown,
I wanted to follow up and see if you’re still experiencing the connectivity issue with Northwestern Mutual. If so, please log in to the Northwestern Mutual website and verify that your Quicken connection is authorized, then try updating your accounts again.
Please let us know whether this resolves the issue or if you’re still receiving an error.
We haven't heard back from you in a while. Do you still need assistance?
Check back and let us know! Thank you.
