Retail purchase categorization

I just installed Quicken 69.17. I have tried to install the Retail purchase categorization to my Chrome browser both following the instructions from with Quicken and directly in Chrome. I get a message saying "Download error" and the extension is not added to my browser. Are there any known conflicts of this extension with others? How do I fix this issue?

Retail Purchase Categorization requires Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and the extension should be installed from the Chrome Web Store through the setup process in Quicken.

Since you're receiving a "Download error" when trying to add the extension, I'd like to gather a little more information before determining whether another extension is conflicting.

Could you please let us know:

Which version of Google Chrome are you currently using?
Have you been able to install other extensions from the Chrome Web Store successfully?
Have you tried installing the Retail Purchase Categorization extension in Microsoft Edge to see if you receive the same error?
If possible, could you provide a screenshot of the "Download error" message?

When I returned to Chrome to try to set up the extension in order to get the screenshot of the error message, the extension was installed….

Things seem to be OK now.
