Why is it that you're not able to actually call support and work with someone? The model of "don't call us, we'll call you" does not work for the general public. Does Quicken not realize that their customers have jobs as well? Why would they expect that anyone can just drop everything and work with them on a personal product in the middle of the day, when they are at their place of employment? The fact that you can't even schedule a time or even a day to be called, let alone even be give any approximate timeline on how long it will be until a call is received back, just blows my mind. I have had issues for over a year and every time I am able to speak to someone, they try to push me towards speaking with the company associated with the connection being attempted. How would that company be able to provide me with any assistance with Quicken? They're going to direct me back to Quicken since the issue is with their product. If there is an issue between the 2 organizations, is that not between those 2 organizations to work directly together to resolve the issue? Why would the customer be expected to pay middle man and attempt to get the 2 organizations to talk? Take some accountability, responsibility and understand your client base.
