Using Quicken Classic on Windows 11.
Unable to get Corebridge/Valic to do an update - just says an error has occurred at this time. Any ideas on how to fix?
Thanks,
Mike
Hi @mcl1jw, We appreciate you taking the time to post in the Quicken Community.
After reviewing our internal tools, I was unable to find any errors associated with your account. To help us better understand the issue, could you please provide the following information?
I look forward to your reply.
Issue started sometime in 2024, one of those things I put off and now getting back to it.
No problem signing into the website.
Thanks for looking into this.
Hi @mcl1jw, Thank you for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing and for sharing the screenshot.
The OL-301 error is a general error. Since the specific error message refers to OL-89-B, I suggest following the troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article for that error.
I recommend waiting 24 hours and then attempting the update again. If the issue persists after 24 hours, I suggest contacting your financial institution.
Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct this type of issue. You may need to ask to speak with an online services specialist who handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states that they are unable to assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary.
Let us know how it goes!
I'm making a connection now with Quicken but it's not downloading any data.
