Gold & Silver no longer updating

Hello. I was just reconciling my accounts today and I noticed that both Gold (^XAUUSD) and Silver (^XAGUSD) have not been updating automatically on a daily basis like it did since the feature was introduced. The last day an update was made was on August 4th 2026.

I tried rebuilding history for Silver just now and got the following:

I'm wondering if an update caused this?

Version 9.1.1 (Build 901.61363.100)

After posting this I updated Quicken to version 9.2 but that didn't resolve the issue. The problem remains.

When did you first notice this issue?
Is this happening only with commodities, like Silver and Gold?
Do you have the Type set to Commodity?

I first noticed this issue today, but apparently it's been going on since 8/4/2026.

I have not noticed any other investments doing this. But Silver and Gold are the only commodities I own so I don't know if this affects others.

I could swear the Type was set properly but checking just now shows it was set to "Other". Setting it to "Commodity" seems to have fixed my issue. I hit the refresh button and sure enough, the missing data points showed up!
