Bill reminder won't delete

I am having the same issue that was reported previously below, however super validate fails to delete the two suggested reminders on credit card tranactions even though I opted for "decline suggested reminders." I can't delete, edit, enter, or ignore them either, even with CTRL+Delete. What can I do? Report submitted.

Don't know if this will help, but have you tried an EDIT to turn off "Auto" and then trying a Delete?

@Michael Sloss have you tried the Review and Repair, and then deleting the bill reminder?

Ok, I just tried it, but it only corrects online paymants through Bill Manager. Mine are all manual.

@Michael Sloss the issue might be that you may have some data file corruption. The only other thing I can think of is to do a Copy-File process. This process might be able to clean your file and allow you to delete the problematic manual bill reminders

Open the Quicken file you want to copy
Navigate to: File → Copy or Backup File
Select "Create a copy or template"
Configure options:
- Keep all default options
- Keep the full date range
- Name the new file and note the file location
Run a data file validation the new data file
Try deleting the problematic manual bill reminders in the new file
If successful, then re-setup online services for all accounts the new data file.
If you cannot still delete the manual bill reminders, or if you are not comfortable with doing the copy-file process, then I would suggest contacting Quicken Customer Support. They might be able to look at internal logs and work with you remotely to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for that suggestion as well. The stuck reminders are really just a minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, so that process sounds like a lot of work to still maybe not fix it. It appears that support will be my best option.

Bill pay issues can be difficult to resolve. When you do contact Quicken support, would you mind reporting back the results to this forum? These bill pay issues are not uncommon and your feedback would be beneficial to other users with the same issue.
