Within Quicken you 'add' your accounts by LINKING to EXISTING accounts. You must first authorize access during the add accounts, select The Golden 1, then you will be directed to SIGN IN to Golden 1 via your browser and AUTHORIZE direct downloads. Then you will be redirected back to Quicken to complete the link up to your existing accounts as appropriate.

We understand the frustration caused by the delays in Quicken and QuickBooks connectivity following our February 2026 Digital Banking upgrade, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.
As part of the upgrade, we implemented a new identity platform that supports secure, token-based authentication. This enhancement provides a faster, more secure connection while eliminating the need for login credentials to be stored directly by Quicken.
Our Digital Banking team worked closely with our vendor to address issues affecting Express Web Connect. While we had previously communicated tentative timelines, additional defects identified during testing required further resolution before the service could be safely released.
We are pleased to share that Quicken and QuickBooks connectivity is now fully restored and available to all members.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this delay may have caused. We wanted to notify you as soon as the service became available again so you can begin using the functionality immediately. In addition, a Member Advocate will check in early next week to ensure everything is working as expected.
