Can't submit trouble report

I have tried submitting a trouble report from within the software and with the default attachments and screenshot selected it tells me I can't submit as I have too many attachments.

Quicken Classic Premier vR68.31, Build 27.1.68.31 on Windows 11.

Hi @Michael Rosen,

You can submit the report with just one QuickenAuthorizationLog.txt file selected (the one without a number in the file name) and deselect the others. If you see any other log files with OLD at the end of the file name, you can leave those unchecked as well.

Thank you for confirming. I checked your account and found an account connected to PayPal.

Are you trying to connect a second account? If so, was this account previously connected?

If it was previously connected, could you please let me know why it was deactivated and whether you were receiving a different error message at the time?

I am trying to connect a second account that was never connected. It's a new credit account I opened recently.

Oddly today, selecting the second connection option changed the logon method. This time it took me through my browser. But then it only found one account, same as the Paypal option.
