Can't skip bill instance (Q Mac)

If a bill has been incorrectly matched with a downloaded transaction and I reject the mismatch, my only options are Pay Now or Edit Transaction. I no longer get the option to skip the instance.

What if you mark it as paid, and then delete the live transaction?

Quicken always shows some previously paid amount for the next month's instance of a bill, but in this case I did not owe anything so I was going to skip it like I have done many times in the past. Except this time it was mismatched with another downloaded transaction with the same amount. When I rejected the match, there was no option to skip the payment. I ended up having to delete the transaction and linked transfer from the register.
