America First Credit Union OL-297-A Error

America First Credit Union should be renamed to America WORST Credit Union. it's been a few weeks and I still can't establish connection with quicken. After being on Hold with the IT people at the credit union, they asked me to get a 16 digit code from quicken so they could look at it from the bank end. Quicken said it is a wide spread issue and not specific so they wont be giving me an incident number. back on hold with the credit union..Hours of time wasted. so frustrating
