Quickpay does not provide the mailing address shown on my statement to set up the Quick Pay option. The statement shows Citi Cards, PO BOX 658234, Dallas TX 75265-8234. Is there another address that can be utilized?
Quickpay is a payment protocol that utilizes electronic payments via ACH. As such, there generally is no mailing address that is directly required. Mailing addresses generally are only directly required for Checkpay payments which are made via mailed check.
I do not use Quicken's Bill Manager service. Are you being prompted to enter a mailing address when setting up a Quickpay payment?
If so, try entering the PO Box address on your statement. They might need that to verify they are selecting the correct ACH number to make the payment to.
