Linking a new Citi credit card

Question

I am trying to link a a new Citi credit card to my quicken. I receive an error after I am redirected to enter my citi creditials.  the error states Incomplete Registration. Your new Citi credit card registration process is incomplete. Please sign on to Citibank Online to complete the registration. However, when I signon to citi. There is no indication of this regestration. I tried chatting with a CS but it did not help. They had me clear cookies and cache, and sign out. However, I receive the same error message. Any ideas to link the new credit card?

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting Citibank's technical support team. You can reach them using the phone number on the back of your credit or debit card. When speaking with a representative, let them know that you need assistance with "Open Banking" or an "OAuth connection" so you can be routed to the appropriate department.

Hi! I have windows security and firewall. Today I changed from Edge to Chrome as my default brower but still had the problem after the change.

After reviewing our internal tools, I couldn't find any error code or message associated with the account. To better understand where the issue is occurring, could you please provide the following information?

* Are you using a VPN, firewall, or antivirus software? If so, please let me know which one(s).
* If possible, could you upload a screenshot showing where the connection is failing?
* Have you tried changing the default browser? If you haven't done so already, I suggest changing the default browser:

To do so

* Go to Settings.
* Select Apps.
* Click Default Apps.
* Choose a different browser. Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge are recommended.
* Set the selected browser as the default.
