Converting Excel Files to QIF for import into Quicken

Hello, Bank of America (BOA) will only download the last 30 days of data. I need data from February to July for several accounts. I can download the transactions from BOA into Excel. Can someone recommend a reputable file converter software that will convert the Excel file to QIF to import into Quicken?

For some reason the ZIP file went missing. I have restored it. But yes, a CSV import has been added to Quicken Windows so that might work for most use cases if people are willing to make sure they CSV has the columns in the format.
