Version 9.2.1 Hangs/Freezes (Build 902.61841.100)

Question

Seen others post this. It is so bad. Quicken needs to put out a fix for MAC Build Version 9.2.1 (Build 902.61841.100) hangs and freezes when updating accounts. Started with this update. So so bad. Others are complaining.

The post above is about a new problem a small number of people are experiencing with the latest Quicken Mac release. You should post about your problems with Quicken Windows in a Quicken Windows category of this forum; it does no good here.

@ddpmac POsting about it here to report you are having a similar problem to those discussed in the other thread is helpful, but since this problem appears to only be affecting a small number of users, what would help the engineers track this down is if you file a Problem Report (on the Quicken Help menu) and describe when you are seeing the freezes (e.g. is it just during transaction downloads? how many connected accounts do you have, etc.). They can't code and release a fix until they see can identify what is going wrong, and your report could help them identify what's in common with other users reporting this.
