Unable to open my Quicken file on my Mac.

Getting this message: Warning: Unexpected errors occurred while decrypting this file.  How do I fix this problem? Thanks.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing. To help us better understand what’s happening, could you provide a little more information?

* Does the error occur when opening your usual Quicken data file, or does it also occur when opening a backup file?
* Have you recently updated macOS, or made any changes to the file before the issue started?
* If you have a recent backup of your Quicken file, are you able to open it successfully?
* Are you trying to convert or move your Quicken data file from Quicken for Windows to Quicken for Mac?
* If possible, could you upload a screenshot of the error message? This may help us better identify what’s happening.
