Problem with entering a bill in the register [Edited]

Question

As of today, when I enter a bill to be paid and then go over to clear previous charges for this company, it no longer clears the previous months' categories.  I must manually delete all and enter new ones.

Any ideas?

@Pinehills#14 also, I think you may be experiencing the issue of not being able to clear split lines on a new transaction that seems to be related to the new split percentages feature. Users have been reporting issues with the new feature in this discussion:
