Fidelity Net Benefits not Updating....again

Fidelity Net Benefits used to update after midnight the day after the close. About 5 months ago the update got pushed to after 6AM the next day. This week it's started being updated after the next day market opening. Now it's not updating at all. What is the issue, and how can we receive reliable updated account information from Fidelity Net Benefits?
