Upload problem

Question

When I try to upload my iCloud contacts vcf file, Life Hub does not recognize the file. Any solutions. Could be a deal-breaker for using it if I have to manually input all my contact information.

Hi @Skipgolf1,

Thanks for clarifying that you’re using Quicken for Mac.

To make sure the file you exported from iCloud is actually a VCF file, I suggest checking the file extension:

On a Mac:

* Locate the contacts file in Finder.
* Right-click the file and select Get Info.
* Look for Name & Extension.
* The file name should end with .vcf (for example, Contacts.vcf).
* If you don't see the extension, expand Name & Extension and make sure Hide extension is not selected.
* Try to import the file again.

If the file does have the .vcf extension but LifeHub still does not recognize it, please let us know what happens when you try to upload it. A screenshot of the message or screen you're seeing would also be helpful.

I am actually using Quicken for MAC not Windows like the heading says
