Has the Multi Monitor Report Hover Over Bug Finally Been Fixed?

I think it has been like 4 or more years but today I noticed for the first time that when I view *SOME* Quicken reports when I hover over the data points the Tool Tip actually shows up where it is supposed to. I did recently get upgraded to R69.26. Note this defect was only for windows users with multi monitor setups.

Can anyone else confirm that this way too long defect has finally shown some sort of progress? For example the Net Worth over Time graph is showing the tool tips fine, but the spending by payee and spending by category still show the tool tip on the wrong monitor. I've been viewing all graph reports trying to find a rhyme or reason why some work now and some still have the defect but I can't find a common thread. It seems ALL reports with donut charts have the defect, and some bar charts have it. It makes no sense but I'm so happy to see that there is some progress here.

Can Quicken give us some sort of update? Is this almost fixed? This has been a long overdue defect for years.

I see the same thing, and I can't make out what is different either.

And I just noticed that the In/Out/What's Left bar graph on the Classic Dashboard has the same problem. Which is a bit of a surprise since the graphics looks "new".
